Share

History buffs will want to indulge in Gene Pisasale’s lecture on the War of 1812 and the Star-Spangled Banner.

Pisasale hosts his lecture at Bayard Taylor Library in Kennett Square. The lecture ties in with Pisasale’s latest book, ?The Forgotten Star,? a historical novel of the War of 1812 and true-life mysteries surrounding an American icon ? The Star-Spangled Banner. Pisasale’s lecture covers everything a history buff needs to know about the War of 1812 and the Star-Spangled Banner. His lecture and book are both dedicated to all our veterans, especially those who fought in the “forgotten wars” of Korea and Vietnam. It’s free and open to the public.
